In this document, you will find information about the processing of personal data carried out by Josh Pharmacy in the role of Controller, that is, as the entity that determines the purposes and means and decides on the processing of your personal data.

How do we protect your personal data?
You can be absolutely sure that we handle your personal data with due care and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. We protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible, corresponding to the technical level of available means. Your data may be subject to automated processing as part of our services, but we do not perform any profiling.
1. Personal data of those interested in our services
If you express interest in our services, we need to know some of your personal data for mutual communication, which you fill in the contact form.

How long will we process the data?
If you express interest in a consultation or other service, we keep your data for a maximum period of 1 year from the last active communication from you. If a mutual service agreement is not concluded by then, your personal data will be deleted. Personal data from a mutual service agreement is kept for the duration of the agreement and subsequently for up to 10 years for the purpose of protecting our legal interests.

2. Personal data of our customers
If you express interest in our products or services, we need to know certain personal data to conclude a mutual purchase agreement, without which it is not possible to conclude the agreement.

Why do we process the data and on what basis?

How long will we process the data?
If you conclude an agreement with us, we process your personal data to the minimum extent necessary for the fulfillment of the mutual agreement and compliance with our legal obligations (especially due to legal requirements for accounting and tax records) for the duration of the agreement and subsequently for up to 10 years. This period may exceptionally be longer based on our legitimate interest if it is necessary, for example, for handling insurance events or protecting our legal interests.

Who else do we provide your personal data to and why?
Your personal data may, in connection with ensuring contractual performance or fulfilling a legal obligation, be transferred to the necessary extent to third parties for processing, always only in such a way that complete protection of your personal data is maintained, as stated in this information statement. Sending commercial communications
We may send a newsletter or other commercial communications regarding our offered products or services to our contractual partners via email, or to their phone/via SMS message. You can unsubscribe from this communication at any time or directly refuse to receive it when concluding a mutual agreement.
3. Personal data of visitors to our website
What personal data do we process?
Your IP address is processed when visiting our website only for the purpose of processing anonymized traffic statistics. If you fill out and submit a contact or purchase form, this data is part of the user identification, is stored in the system with other user data, and follows the fate of the entire group of data entered in the form.
On our website, we also use technical or necessary cookies that are needed for the proper functionality of our website. We do not need your consent for their use, but the processing takes place based on our legitimate interest.
